Currently when user selects "Empty sentence" option from translation options dialog, a loading spinner shows up, indicating wrongfully that a translation is being loaded.

@Pginer-WMF now when we select the empty sentence option, there's no indication below the "start with an empty sentence" sentence in the UI that tells the user what's happening.
