What is the problem?

The "x" button to remove tags is misaligned in the TagMultiSelectWidget. See screenshot.

This seems to be like T240864, but it happens for every skin I have tried so far (Vector, Minerva, Timeless).

Steps to reproduce problem

1. Login and go to https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:Preferences
2. Scroll down to the input labelled "Prohibit these users from emailing me"
3. Enter a username into the input field

Expected behavior: See the username is added as a tag with correctly aligned "x"
Observed behavior: "x" is misaligned

Browser: Firefox 78, Chromium 83.
