Display the link to "wikibase-otherprojects" in the Wikipedia mobile interface

Description

If you go to:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:1817_in_Vermont
you see a link in the sidebar to the Commons category. However if you go to:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:1817_in_Vermont
then that link is not visible at all. At the very least it should be included under 'languages' if not displayed as its own button.

If you go to: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:1817_in_Vermont you see a link in the sidebar to the Commons category.

For the records, I do not. (But this task is closed now as a duplicate anyway.)

That's odd, here's how it looks for me. I don't think I have anything special turned on that would show the sidebar link:
