We need to add the incentive checkbox data to the export file for VEWA.

Acceptance Criteria

• The export file is supplemented by another column holding the name of the item.

Implementation details

• Extend query by joining the incentives data (two tables).
• Append field to export field definition (change GruenOutputFields and OutputFieldMapper).
• Maybe add field to ExportDataCompleter to make sure cases like donations still work.
• Adapt all Golden Master Tests (and add a new test case).

Notes

• There is an unresolved CI error that should be fixed.
