Context

OSM bright is a common style in the OSM ecosystem. We need to create an imposm3 setup to prepare our data to be able to support that style.
Potentially, we can reuse our current imposm3 setup.

Acceptance criteria

Implement imposm3 mapping to prepare data for PostGIS in beta deployment
Ensure that imposm3 import process is succesful in beta deployment
