The current mechanism is for Mall:Projektnamn and Mall:Projektid to be manually updated based on formatting done in the Projekt 2018-2021 (nummer samt namn (engelska och svenska)) file.
Since this file is already loaded by the bot it should be possible to
a) generate the same formatting
b) injecting it into the right place in the existing pages
c) ensure no duplicate entries are added (since the same project might have been added a previous year)
Adding an <!- inject here-> comment to search avd replace on should allow for updates. Subtracting the set of existing lines from the prospective ones should handle the risk of duplicates

Took a look at this since someone was having an issue due to these templates being missing
I manually updated the templates since T297895: Write only to certain subpages on the wiki is needed to do it with the bot.
