Hello everyone,

I just discovered that the "add article to category" screen in Minerva doesn't display correctly for smaller screens and/or languages with long translations (like Czech).

Compare the following two screenshots, both made today at Czech Wikipedia, at https://cs.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anna_Lewandowska#/categories/add, one in the normal mode, and second with my phone in landscape mode.

I use Google Chrome at Google Pixel, if that helps.

Any patches are appreciated,
