Description

Quite a few pages at Wikisource could benefit from having entries in TOCs in ebooks, even though they are single pages on-wiki.

For example: the essay https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/The_Science_of_Advertising could have the Sections 1-5 given markers, even though they are all on the same wiki page. Currently it's just

Title Page
Science and Advertising
About

Many other works have things like short prefaces that are on the front page which would be nice to see in the ebook TOC.

Is there any way to be able to add anchors to the TOC file somehow, even though they aren't subpages?
