As a donor services agent, I would like a tool that can safely send donor data to donors when they request it.

Software deploy via frdeploy scheme is currently in place for testing. Still need to finalize the webserver config(s).
Config elements created and pulled into a branch for review. Testing commencing in VB land to verify functionality.
Config pushed to frdata hosts. Basic testing over a tunnel shows some config issues, but those will be easier to sort after we have the T272073 and T272066 deployed. Will possibly need some rewrite rules to address some quirks if we keep the config the same.
This is set up and working for testing on the new frdata boxes. I have tested multiple pastes created on the RW side and read on the RO side.
