Was unable to connect (esams) for about 20 minutes

Description

Starting 0:55 and now (1:14) it works again.

Tested ISP: Ziggo.

At the additional troubleshooting step only esams failed.

I took a look and found no evidence of larger issues at this time:

  • no increase in automated Network Error Logging reports (c.f. T257527)
  • no change in the level of traffic received from users on AS 33915 (which, as best as I can tell, is your ISP)

There is perhaps a little more digging I could do if you provided me with your public IP address at the time (if you do so, please mark this as a security task beforehand, of course).

Is it sufficient if I mail you the first three numbers? (I have some bad experience with Wikimedia and use of personal info unfortunately) I'm not sure what my ISP is (how do I check?), I know the brand name but since there was a merger some time ago and Ziggo and UPC networks were (and perhaps still are, dunno) different it's hard to say.
