Description

AWB 6.1.0.2 SVN 12432 talk page general fixes do not move {{GA}} to the proper position per https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Talk_page_layout#Lead_(bannerspace)

Although {{GA}} should be below {{Vital article}} and {{Notice}}, AWB does not order the banners properly on [[Talk:Abbey Road]] and [[Talk:PlayStation 4]].
