Also, this seems to be about a string in the "WikimediaMessages" extension, hence updating project tags.
This is about translations. What you request here is already the case by default; see https://translatewiki.net/wiki/MediaWiki:Wikimedia-privacypage/be-tarask
But Belarusian Classical Wikipedia overwrites that default: https://be-tarask.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Privacypage/be-tarask
So this needs to be fixed on Belarusian Classical Wikipedia itself.
