Description

  1. I as a sysop of Thai Wikipedia try to delete this image file (image link.)
  1. I use delete option but cannot delete it, the sentence appear as you can see on my attach file.

I think this is so similar (or even exactly?) to T244567: Some files cannot be deleted "Error deleting file: An unknown error occurred in storage backend "local-multiwrite". " (due to missing physical file for old image entries)
