@Jayprakash12345 I think the patch is messing the Crats as requested in this task, I know that the only mr.wiki Crat is also Sysop but shouldn't it be included in the patch?

Yeah, we generally include only sysops, as at all wikis, bureaucrats are also sysops. It's similar to deleting pages: if you're a bureaucrat, but not a sysop, you won't be able to do it (unless you promote yourself to sysop).
