action=raw URL parameter has no effect on talk pages using LQT (see URL). This is especially problematic because recent changes patrollers rely on the popup tool which uses action=raw to show popups for diff links.

Indeed, no error is produced, so that may be working as intended. Tgr, did you also want action=raw to export the threads?
I don't remember anymore, but judging from the description the problem was that Navigation popups uses (or used at the time) action=raw to calculate edit diffs and LQT broke that. Huwiki power users (especially patrollers) rely on those popups a lot.
