I have checked data on the cluster and on dumps and all data seems present.
This is related to the data-dependency problem we have (mostly) fixed in July. The fix contained a bug affecting only monthly per-project-family cassandra loading, which finally got fixed in October (see https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/analytics/refinery/+/621515).
Launching a manual reload of the two missing months.
