Please link to the community consensus for this change to occur
This isn't currently a WMF deployed extension so it would need a security review for it to occur
Can you please explain why you want this extension deployed, as I don't think this is the best way to do it.

I don't see which underlying problem this would solve?
Also see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Writing_an_extension_for_deployment for all the required steps, as this non-stable extension is not on any Wikimedia site yet.
