Please replace both optics and fiber between pfw3a-eqiad:xe-0/0/17 and fasw-c1a-eqiad:xe-0/2/0

Even though there is no impact expected (link not in use), sync up with @Jgreen before starting the work.

Everything is replaced, kept the same cable number if that matters.

replaced both the optics and fiber...waiting the weekend to see if the CRC errors return
