The SubclassCheckbox component should be shown below the ValueInput component if and only if the user selects a property with datatype wikibase-item

Note:

• if the user had selected a property with datatype wikibase-item and then deselects it, the SubclassCheckbox remains visibile until an property with a different datatype is selected
• it might make sense to do this after T269470: (MS 2) A Decorator visually frames the query conditions, so that we have the grid available
