Steps to Reproduce:

1. go to any article
2. open up menu
3. choose text size

Actual Results:

1. press left/right to change text size, the circle doesn't look equally in the line
2. the line renders wrongly in right-to-left app language

Expected Results:

1. circle on the right position
2. line renders correctly in rtl app language
