V2: Add indicators to proxy field in IP Info to mark which ones could be problematic

Description

Add a colored circle (red, orange, or green) to the Proxy field in IP Info. This should give users an idea what kind of proxies are problematic (red being most problematic, possibly requiring a block) and which are okay (green being ok, can be ignored).

The possible values of proxies and the colors they should show:
Red

  • Tor exit node
  • Hosting Provider

Orange

  • Anonymous (what does this mean, aren't all IPs anonymous?)
  • Anonymous VPN
  • Public proxy

Green

  • Corporate proxy (or legitimate proxy)
  • Residential proxy

Broadly speaking, I'd say so - assuming "anonymous"/"anonymous VPN" means "anonymizing VPN"?
