@Samwalton9 This has been tagged for inclusion for Tech News (using the user-notice tag), but my best guess is that it's simply because it was included in the parent task, rather than this is a suggestion for something you want announced? Removing the tag. If I'm mistaken, please re-introduce the tag and add a rough suggestion for a text in Tech News, one to three sentences long?

This looks to have merged. New strings available for translation on TranslateWiki, though https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:MessageGroupStats?group=ext-thewikipedialibrary&suppressempty=1&x=D doesn't seem to be entirely updated yet.
