• Updating Global metrics for each project
• Updating Omnämnanden 2020
• Revision of the time plans on each project page
• Compile a summary of major changes in the Ledningsrapport
• Add proposed changes in budget and project scope in the Ledningsrapport
• Update Uppföljning verksamhetsmål 2020
• Send any documents or emails that should be in the Diarium to diarium@wikimedia.se (follow instructions on this page). Compare with what has already been added at Diarium/2020 to identify anything that is missing.

For each project which terminates at the end of the year:

• Write final report for project terminating this year and link to these from the project data template using |slutrapport=
• Mark the project page as avslutad
• Mark the project data template as |avslutad=ja
