I thought about simplifying the way to analyze questions from newcomers, and my first thought is to create a question journal. Similar to a log by tag, but without having to open each question separately.

This will allow you to collect all the questions in one place and find bottlenecks that need to be fixed. For example, we already know that one of the most frequently asked questions is “how to create an article”. Therefore, a link to this topic must be published somewhere else.
