Description

Hi, it seems strange to me that this special page is one of the few that does not have a localized alias: https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Служебная:GlobalRenameRequest. Is it possible to add it for the Russian language?

This can be done by editing https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-CentralAuth/blob/master/CentralAuth.alias.php#L761

There's quite a few missing based on the list at https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-CentralAuth/blob/master/CentralAuth.alias.php#L12 if you want to give the rest or upload a patch.
