Toolforge: reFill has not processed two days

Description

reFill usually works by "waiting" for an "available worker." Well, the past two days, it has been waiting for an available worker for hours and never processing pages. Even when you refresh the page (which sometimes gets you an available worker to process).

Try to reFill a page on on Wikipedia.

I am a user. I use it daily and this is the first time I've experience this. Also, the creator of the tool has not been active on Wikimedia for over a year, so I did ping their talk page.

@Missvain Please check now. This service doesn't always recover well after an outage and needs a kick. The network failed for a while during T261134: upgrade cloud-vps openstack to Openstack version 'Stein', which would quite likely cause this.
