On Wikimedia Commons, it renders "этот участника" whereas it must be "этот участник". My apologies, I have no idea whether I may correct this myself and how.

Should be fixed on translatewiki.net if it is not a local override.
Though, I don't see этот участника in the ru.json file, I only see этот участник and they haven't been changed in 7 years apparently - https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-Babel/blame/master/i18n/ru.json#L35-L40
