As an editor I want to be informed that there is a visual query builder for the SPARQL query.

Problem:
We do not have link from query.wikidata.org to query builder.

TODO UX Task: investigate ways to access the Query Builder(QB) from the Query Service(QS).
What we know:

• Focus on inexperienced Query Builders
• should be easily visible/findable in the QS UI
• should not hinder the workflow of people using the QS

Questions to ask:

• where would a person look for help on the QS page?
• How could we concisely introduce the QB so people understand quickly what to expect?
• What other wiki pages should include a link to the QB? Good place to start could be all places where there's a link to the QS.
