WikiLove should send default messages in page content language, not in interface language

I just want to know why the message was sent in the wrong language.

Yes, but the wikiLove system doesn't realize that I'm sending stars to an English Wikipedia user, whether he can read Chinese or not.

Generalised the title as this seems to be a problem not limited to Chinese or English.
