Steps:

1. Navigate to an article and add it to the watchlist (Note the watchlist added dialog with the change button present)
2. Click on "Change" and change the expiry status to Permanent
3. While the 2. snackbar is still showing, tap on a link to another article from the first article
4. Add it to the watchlist

Expected Result:
The same dialog appears with the change button present

Actual Result:
The dialog appears without the change button
