When I'm adding categories in a mobile device (MobileFrontend and Minerva Neue), the button to publish the categories added is not shown if the page name is too long

Description

In the mobile devices interface of Wikimedia wikis (Mobile frontend and Minerva Neue), when I'm adding categories to a page using a mobile device (smartphone), the "Publish" button, that automatically adds the categories selected, is not shown if the page name is too long.

These are the steps to reproduce the issue:

Go to a Wikipedia page in a mobile device.
Scroll to end of the page and select "Categories" button.
Once that I've clicked on "categories" button, select the button "Add to a category".

Depending of the length of the page name, is possible that the "Publish" button, is not shown if the page name is too long.
