While decommissioning relforge100[1,2] I noticed the phab decom template might be a bit out of date:

(1) It mentions a step for running homer after running the decom script, but it looks like the decom script already handles that so I think we can just remove that line entirely.

the line in question:

• run homer on cumin host to update switch stack

• remove ALL dns entries except the asset tag mgmt entries via netbox, run sre dns cookbook.

Per this message, I think this step is already done by the decom cookbook and can be removed as well.

• reassign task from service owner to DC ops team member depending on site of servee.

(servee should be server)
