Bracket matching has been requested for wikitech.wikimedia.org and mediawiki.org.

We want to set $wgCodeMirrorEnableBracketMatching in https://github.com/wikimedia/operations-mediawiki-config/blob/master/wmf-config/InitialiseSettings.php#L26310 for group0 (can be specified as literal "group0") and "wikitech".
