Slowly increasing, but better fix it before it gets worse.
As it's copper I'd say start by replacing the cable.
But it could also be related to the current high port usage.

We can schedule this for when the current dump run is complete and before the next one starts, so likely 17th-18th-19th Feb.

@Cmjohnson I've swapped it out to be the fallback host, but we should still schedule the maintenance, so I can disable rsync to it for that period. Is anytime in the next few days (24th through 28th) good for you?

Port usage should be lower since the 20th, in case that's relevant.

@ArielGlenn I swapped the production cable, hopefully, this change will correct the errors. Let's leave this open for a few days and see how it goes.
