Per feedback from design review on January 28, 2021:

• I wish that there were more ways to navigate through diffs besides next and previous arrows, e.g. a revision slider scrubber type element could work really nicely on mobile (RH)
• This will probably need a lot of design and engineering resources, might be worth adding it to a “Wishlist” task (RS)
