Currently it reads: "Label for the summary field that describes your comment. This will be stored as an edit summary, but in the context of the reply tool we don't want to refer to 'edits'"

Do you mean that we should remove the second part? I think it's useful (although maybe I'd rephrase it to something like "avoid the word 'edit' in the translation if possible, because it was confusing for junior users in user testing").
