Description

e.g. 1000 should be written as:

1,000 in UK/US
1 000 in Sweden
1.000 in Brazil

Remember to do this for amount error messages as well

This is done for amount error messages and Pay The Fee now, using new method donationForm.formatAmount()

Still need to add it for buttons, with and without hpc
