Description

Some days ago Txikipedia pages (https://eu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Txikipedia:Azala) started to show a black background below the tagline. This wasn't happening before.

Steps to Reproduce: visit any ns:104 page at euwiki, for instance: https://eu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Txikipedia:Azala

Actual Results:

Expected Results:
The same thing, but with transparent background.

Cannot reproduce in Firefox 78. Which exact browser; have you bypassed the cache; does it also happen when being logged out; does this still happen in safemode?

I don't know how, but it's solved now. Could be some caching error.
