Description

This task is about building a functional prototype of topic subscriptions.

This is the prototype we will use in the usability tests we have planned with Junior and Senior Contributors in T273912 and T274217.

Background

In order to evaluate the usability of topic subscriptions, we will be conducting usability tests with Junior Contributors on usertesting.com [i] and with Senior Contributors on-wiki. [ii]
