Reproduce:

open https://notwikilambda.toolforge.org/wiki/Special:CreateZObject
open browser console (optional)
remove the "value (Z2K2)"
press "Save"

Expected: There will be a message showing the ZObject creation is failed, and why it is failed.
Actual: Although API returns an error, it is not displayed in the interface.
