As part of us looking into the hub we are also defining a policy for how and when we maintain tools we have developed.
In parallel with that work we also need to identify:
- what tools, services and libraries etc. we have developed and published
- what are their de-facto maintenance status (note that this need not reflect the status they *should* have
- how used are they (see T256944)
- what is their health (i.e. something about when the code was last updated, is the usage documented, is the code documented, are there any obvious issues such as being py2.7 etc.)
