As an editor I want to understand what the tool does and how it works in order to decide if it is useful for me.

Problem:
We need to have a header and intro text in the tool.

Looking good!
One issue which I should have caught earlier in the mockup: It says "Itemset Quality Tool" in the header but should say "Item Quality Evaluator".
