citoid giving wrong date format
Closed, DuplicatePublicBUG REPORT

Description

Steps to Reproduce: Use the cite button of the Visual Editor (or 2017 wikitext editor), and cite a journal article that has year and month information (for instance with the doi 10.1038/s41561-019-0510-8 / https://www.nature.com/articles/s41561-019-0510-8). Automatically generate a citation using the url or doi. The cite button on test2.wikipedia.org doesn't work at all, so I cannot it reproduce there.

Actual Results: It displays the date as YYYY-MM, which is not allowed per the Manual of Style and leads to an error message.

Expected Results: Month YYYY (f.i. February 2020).
