Board needs to approv of Kalle as the contact person for WMSE when in Norway.
This doesn't mean anything more than he is the person to contact, and doesn't make him liable. But giving him permission would mean he will have to sign the form.

Talked to Enhetsregistret i Norge, who updated me with information on Kontaktperson.
