I don' t have access to matomo, and not sure if I should move on with this or someone else.

@JosefineHellrothLarssonWMSE Are you not collecting this data as part of the Synlighet project?

No, I don't have access to the system either. When I asked a while back I got the impression that not too many should have access to Matomo for integrity reasons and that's why I didn't get it? But if we want to, I can start including it in that data collection if given access.

Yes, access should indeed be restricted, but I thought Sebastian was providing you with reports from Matomo consisting of the aggregated data. From your answer that is obviously not the case and this is probably a lapse in communication from my end to Sebastian. That reports should be provided should be part of the routine.

I'm assuming this concerns wikimedia.se (we have several pages in Matomo). The people who have access are Eric and Jenny. Then there are André and me who have access to set up things technically.

I don't think it's a good idea to have the person using the tool go through another person just to get the data (if that is what's being proposed). This would add a lot of overhead in terms of communicating what is needed and what is accessible, waiting for openings in schedules etc.

Didn't realize I had or perhaps I forgot, but if we should limit the number of people who have access to it maybe it is better that Josefine gets the login, instead of me.
