Description

The previous focus on external training opportunities for the staff and board members is broadened this year. The intention is to also include structured activities for knowledge exchanges between the staff at Wikimedia Sverige.

A memo will be developed where suggestions on how selection of topics should be chosen, what the scope could be, etc.

Could you add any planned subtasks for this Josefine? What is left to do?

Next step is for the board to look at the document and decide whether or not they would like to adopt the ways of working suggested in it. In that case, the suggestions will have to be implemented in planning documents etc. I can create a subtask for that. The staff training has already been implemented.
