Description

Following T276355: Investigate creating a job for tallying large encrypted elections and displaying the results [8H], it would be ideal if en election admin did not have to look up the tally results on the server. We should investigate the feasibility of displaying the results of a job in the webpage.

Questions:

Could we display the results on the webpage, or would the user need to look at the results on the server?
Would there be a way to report on the progress of the job, e.g. in the form of a progress bar?
Could we send an Echo notification once the job is done?
