Reset 2FA for User:Operator873 on OTRS-wiki and ticket.wikimedia

Description

I have lost access to the 2FA key for the OTRS wiki (otrs-wiki.wikimedia.org) and the OTRS tool (ticket.wikimedia.org) and do not have the scratch codes. Please remove the 2FA per my own request. This ticket created by request of T&S whom I've already contacted.

Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide.

T&S has verified the authenticity of this request, and I have disabled the 2FA on otrs_wiki for Operator873. @Operator873, please feel free to post a request on the OTRS wiki's 'Administrator requests' by mentioning this phab ticket for the removal of 2FA on ticket.wikimedia.
