In T273987 we disabled the pagination of revisions and switched it to just show the most recent 100 revisions. This was to simplify the switch to the new replicas design, where it's no longer possible to query all databases at once and order the results.

Pagination should be restored, with previous/next based on timestamp rather than numerical offset.
