Description

Can be done after T276541: Move WikibaseRepo StorageEntitySerializer to service container.

The StorageEntitySerializer is also used once in SingleEntitySourceServices, so it will probably have to be injected there, similar to T276532: Remove LanguageFallbackChainFactory from WikibaseServices.
